This will be a three round swiss style tournament.
This will be an NAF approved tournament. If you are not a NAF member you will be required to sign up. There will be a NAF representative taking sign-ups on site. The cost to sign up is $5. With your membership you will receive a NAF “gift” and you will be able to track your progress at thenaf.net.

What you get:

2 Custom Dice
1 Home 3D printed non-painted Mini, you can use as a Rising Special Player.
Since this is my first Tourney I will not have Trophies but will have printed Sheets of Papers laminated in the finest (or whatever i can find at an office supply store) plastic.
Any money left over after paying for the Dice and Store Costs will go to prize support.

Day of Tournament
Please bring 4 copies of your team sheet with you to the tournament. One will be handed into the tournament organizer to verify your team and will not be returned. The rest are for your opponents. Please hand you opposing coach a copy of your roster.
Please bring your painted team, pitch and templates, and NAF/GW block dice.
You must use the D6 provided for the duration of the tournament.
A time limit of 2 hours and 15 minutes will be strictly enforced for each round.
Team Building Rules
We will be using the new Blood Bowl: Second Season rules.
You start with 1,150,000 to build your team.
All NAF approved teams will be allowed. This consists of the core rulebook, the team’s of legend PDF, and the slann and khorne team.
All teams must have 11 players.
You may roster Star Players but they may not be your 11th player. You must have 11 players before rostering a star player.
If two coaches bring the same star player, the highlander rule will be in effect and neither coach may use the star player. This does not apply for “Rising Special Player”
You may purchase players, rerolls, fan factor, assistant coaches, cheerleaders, bribes, riotous rookies, and an apothecary as normal.
The prayers to nuffle table will not be used. In the event of rolling Cheering Fans, D6+Cheerleaders will get a Reroll for the drive(a tie no one gets it).
Special “Rising Special Player”
Every Team can roster 0-1 extra Bloodseeker (Khorne Teams can have 5, (4 regulars and 1 Rising Special Player) for 110,000 GP. This can count as 1 of your 11 starting players before Stars are taken.

Once per Half after rolling armor, may increase injury roll by +1 to make result a KO, but not a Causality. i.e. roll a 7 for injury can make it an 8 to make it a KO, but not turn a 9 into a 10. Adjust for Stunty rule accordingly.
Skilling up your team
Once you have bought your team, you are allowed 150,000 to buy skills. You may not buy the same skill more than twice. Each player can only have one extra skill or trait assigned to it. You can only spend the extra 150,000 on skills. You cannot use any of the original 1,150,000. Also you cannot use any of the 150,000 that is used for skills to pay for your team roster. All teams can only buy one secondary skill. Stunty teams can have unlimited secondary skills. Stat upgrades will be allowed. Random skills will not be allowed. You may add one Primary Skill to the Rising Special Player.
Primary Skill: 20k
Secondary Skill: 40K
+1 AV: 10k
+1 MA or +1 PA: 20k
+1 AG: 40k
+1 ST: 80k
Wizards, Mercenaries, Special play cards, and Journeymen will not be allowed.
This will be a resurrection tournament so all injuries and death heal after each game.
Apothecaries do not automatically work.
You may not use an Apothecary or an Igor on a star player.
You may use an Apothecary on the “Rising Star”
Top Table will roll weather for everyone.
All teams must be painted with a minimum of three colors.
No bare metal/plastic showing.
All miniatures are clearly identifiable.
Each model must be based with color or flock.
30 points for a win
10 points for a draw
0 points for a loss
+1 for KO’s
+3 for Casualties
First tie breaker will be touchdowns scored.
Second tie breaker will be KO’s and Casualties.
Third tie breaker will be touchdowns allowed.
The Blood God Cares not how KO’s and Casualties are caused just that they happen. So all KO’s and Causalities will be tracked, Crowd Surf’s, Fouls, failed Rushes and failed Dodges will count, if they result in Casualties or KO’s.
We are all here to have fun and sportsmanship will be strictly enforced. Fouling 16 turns in a row, stalling to get a draw or win, or running up the score is not poor sportsmanship. Gloating and ridiculing your opponent while doing so is. If a mask mandate is active, masks will be required.

The Khornesas Open is a “Share the Wealth” tournament. Each coach can only win one award. If a coach would win more than one award the next coach in line will receive the award instead.
Registration will be done through the Stores website. I will post that here when it opens. If you want to email me your interest I will email you back when it opens up.
If you need to register for the NAF I will be doing those day of, DO NOT add that to your Registration Fee for the tourney.
