A brutal Loyalist assault on the Peak was successful, crushing defenses and conquering starports to support their push towards Terra. Unfortunately, the victory required a huge commitment of resources and has mired the Loyalists into static positions to protect vital infrastructure. Traitor Legions are striking back to make the Loyalists bleed.

This is a Narrative (not competitive) event for 2,500 point Horus Heresy armies. Player matchups will be determined based on tournament and objective points, but there will be no prizes for the first place or second place finishers. Prizes will be based on random draws.

Players will pledge for the Loyalist or Traitor cause, and their games will build points to determine the outcome of the Assault on the Peak. There will be 2 rounds over the course of 1 day, starting at 10:30a.

Expectations will be fun, narrative games!

Only units from the Horus Heresy Liber books, Legacies pdfs, and Exemplary Battles are allowed. Unpublished “experimental rules” for new models on Forge World’s website, or fan-based rules such as Panoptica are not allowed. No Primarchs.
